About the Role:
Join Kamer Agency - Farm Bureau as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Help us provide exceptional service and support in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options.
- Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage client information.
- Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage details to enhance their understanding.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
